T3LPF is an instrument for flow test with mass flow sensor but also for leak test with absolute pressure decay measurement. Its pneumatic circuit that can perform both flow and leak test, makes this instrument useful in many applications. T3LPF is an electro-pneumatic instrument, designed for air flow tests at a programmed pressure, but it is also able to perform leak tests with absolute pressure decay measurement.
PERFORMANCE T3LPF is extremely flexible in terms of applications where it could be used, and suitable in all industrial segments, on testing benches, production lines or fully automatic systems. The screen interface, with colour display and real-time view of testing, make programming and use simple and immediate.
CONNECTIVITY T3LPF has digital I/O interfaces to PLC connection, USB host, two serial lines RS485/RS232 for PC, Ethernet interface. The control of external automations, the interface with barcode, QRcode readers and printers make T3L a complete and suitable instrument for the most modern production applications.
The software manager dedicated permits to collect and manage data of the tests, to set up the parameters programming and do SPC analysis of tests data.
