Thanks to their reduced diameter, dilatation steps are limited, favoring cervical preservation and simplifying insertion into the uterine cavity, essential for nulliparous, post-menopausal or stenotic patients. This design also facilitates handling of the instrument within the cavity, ensuring smooth, precise gestures.
