Each section includes a rotating brush, specifically designed for capsule elevation, dedusting, and polishing of any size and shape, from 00 to 5. The patented technology combines a homogeneous vacuum flow on one side, which provides very high polishing performances, and a unique aspiration window design on the other, to ensure complete emptying of any capsule type.

Utmost care has been taken to simplify the design to reduce the number of parts to assemble and disassemble and to avoid the use of tools. Combinable with Ceia or Lock metal detectors, the “DT” Dust Tight model reduces operator exposure to product and dust contamination in the production room. Dust Tight systems are modularly upgradable to “C” Containment and “HC” High Containment washable solutions.
